In today’s busy world it’s all about doing it faster for less money. Fox Capture can do just that. Fox Capture is a FREE add-on that turns your Firefox browser into a one-click screen video recorder.
What that means is that you can record presentations, images, data and basically anything on your desktop and record it to an AVI file for you to share with your clients or prospects at will. If you are active in business or online marketing it is almost impossible to go through a day that isn’t filled with invitations to a webinar, Go-To- Meeting or presentation captured with Camtasia, the problem is those services cost. Fox Capture is FREE.
Here are some of the highlights I like:
You can capture and add audio from your microphone easily
There is a recording timer at the bottom of the screen
When you’re done, you can save your project to disk, or start over without any fuss
Here’s a look at how to download it and see it in action:
The extension is available for Windows XP as well Vista. Grant it the quality of Capture Fox may not be as good as Camtasia, still the preferred software for video and screen capture by many in the industry, but for the cost it is top notch.
