Are you a civil online consumer? It’s a simple question, but one that has challenged me for the last month. As many of you know I am now doing some internet sales consulting work for the largest auto retailer in Iowa and I can not believe basically how rude online consumers have been.
Demanding, rude, short, curt and more are just some of the words to describe what I have experienced so far. Is it perhaps the anonymity that drops all walls of civility when dealing with a service provider?
So with that in mind let me know your thoughts. I think it’s important for any industry dealing with email and online marketing to know what is going on and what they can do to improve.
